For all astrological consultations, the payment is to be made in advance. Horoscope analysis work will start only after the payment has been received.

Please appreciate that once the service has been activated, horoscope analysis process starts the time and labour cannot be undone. Therefore, there is no scope for refund for astrological consultation.

There are no explicit or implied guarantee for the prediction to come true.
